She has bachelor degree in Economics from the Politécnica University. Isabel Orlanda Matsinhe before being hired as an employee, worked as an intern at the Project for a period of one year.
During this period, Isabel Orlanda Matsinhe assisted the technical staff in administrative services, including the organization of workshops, support to Project consultants, among other activities, where she has accumulated considerable experience working in a multicultural and growing pressure environment.
Cumulatively, Isabel Orlanda Matsinhe provided support to the Monitoring and Evaluation team in preparing quarterly reports on various Project activities, as well as analyzing workshop data.
